By accessing or using Adstra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Platform.

Adstra is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides Meta advertising management tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Adstra provides automated campaign management, rules-based optimization, AI-powered advisory features, competitor intelligence, and creative generation tools for Meta advertising accounts. The Platform connects to your Meta ad account via the official Meta Marketing API using permissions you explicitly grant.

Adstra Pro and Adstra Autopilot are subscription-based services billed monthly or annually. Features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Adstra, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Adstra operates through Meta's official Marketing API. Your use of the Platform is subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Advertising Policies, and Community Standards in addition to these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all campaigns, creatives, and advertising activity conducted through Adstra complies with Meta's policies and all applicable laws.

Adstra does not guarantee ad account stability, ad delivery, or that your campaigns will not be rejected or your account suspended by Meta. Such outcomes are determined solely by Meta and are outside our control.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, available at adstra.live/refund. Please read that document carefully before purchasing. The existence of a money-back guarantee does not guarantee that every refund request will be approved. Refund eligibility is conditional on meeting specific requirements set forth in the Refund Policy.

The Platform, including all software, design, content, and branding, is the exclusive property of Adstra and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of all data, campaigns, creatives, and assets within your Meta account. By using Adstra, you grant us a limited license to access and process your ad account data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may not use Adstra to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights; transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts; use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose; or advertise illegal products or services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADSTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Adstra's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Adstra in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ADSTRA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY REGARDING ADVERTISING PERFORMANCE, ROAS, OR ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
