1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and billing information processed securely through Stripe.

Meta Ad Account Data: When you connect your Meta account, we access campaign data, performance metrics, ad sets, creatives, and account settings through the Meta Marketing API. We access only the data necessary to provide the service.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including features used, actions taken, and session information.

Communications: If you contact us, we retain those communications to help resolve your issue and improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; process transactions and send related information; respond to comments and questions; send service updates and administrative messages; monitor and analyze usage patterns; detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.

3. Meta API Data

Your Meta ad account data is accessed solely to provide the services you've requested. We do not use your campaign data for advertising purposes, share it with third parties, or retain it beyond what is necessary for service delivery and reasonable backup purposes.

Your Meta access tokens are stored encrypted and used exclusively to make API calls on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time through your Meta Business Manager settings.

4. Data Sharing

Service Providers: We share data with trusted third parties who assist us in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payment processing), hosting providers, and analytics tools, all of whom are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including: access to your personal data; correction of inaccurate data; deletion of your data; portability of your data; and the right to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@adstra.live.

9. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
